How do I view/print my 10 Day Challenge?
You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to read the PDF file. To save the file simply right click on the link and select "save target as" then choose where you wish to save the file. To print: Click the link and once it opens in Adobe Reader go to "file" and then "print." If you are having any problems with blank screens etc. be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Why won't the video clips play?
To view the video clips you must meet the following requirements:
1. Windows Media Player 9 or greater.
2. Broadband Internet Service (DSL, Cable Modem, etc.).
3. Windows 98, Me, 2000 or XP operating system.
4. Firewall port 554 and 1755 open for TCP.

I run a Mac... How can I get the videos to play?
If you are a Mac user, and are having troubles viewing our videos, we suggest downloading Flip 4 Mac a FREE program to play Windows Media files in your QuickTime Player. Get it HERE.


 

The Walk Club FAQ

Why can't I login to The Walk Club?
If you try logging into The Walk Club but keep getting redirected back to the login screen then your cookies are the problem. Check your browser's settings to make sure that it is set to accept cookies.

If you try logging into The Walk Club but see the message "The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.", then try using the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. You will receive an email containing your username and password. Follow the instructions contained in the email to reset your password.

If you put your email address into the "Forgot Your Password?" screen and see the message "Sorry, but your password cannot be retrieved because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.", then your account has been deactivated. You should have received an email notifying you of your account's deactivation. This email contains a link that you can use to renew and reactivate your club membership. If you do not have this email or your records indicate that your membership should still be active then please contact techsupport@lesliesansone.com and let them know.

If you put your email address into the "Forgot Your Password?" screen and see the message "The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.", that means that the email address you entered is not the same email address you used when you activated the club membership in the store. Check your printed copy of the store receipt that was displayed at checkout and verify that the email address you used is the same email address you are entering. If you dont't have the store receipt or the emailaddresses are the same then contact techsupport@lesliesansone.com and let them know that your email address is not working for your club membership.

What should I do if I forgot my password?
From the Walk Club login click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with instructions on resetting your password.

When will my Walk Club membership renew?
Your billing records are displayed in your profile. To view your profile, login to The Walk Club. Click the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". Scroll down to the section that says "Billing Information". Your previous rebill dates plus your next rebill date are listed. You will also receive an email 1 week before you membership renews as a reminder.

How do I update my Walk Club payment information?
You can update your payment information from your profile. You can access your profile by logging into The Walk Club and clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". Scroll down to the section that says "Billing Information". There you can update your payment details. Make sure to click the "Submit" button at the bottom to save your changes.

How do I cancel my Walk Club membership?
Login to The Walk Club. Click the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". Then check the box under Billing Information that says "Cancellation Request". Alternatively you can email techsupport@lesliesansone.com, call, fax or snail mail us.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?
Every newsletter we send contains a link that says "Unsubscribe". Click this link to be removed from our mailings. Alternatively you can contact techsupport@lesliesansone.com and request to be removed.

How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address from within your profile. You can access your profile by logging into The Walk Club and clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". The first section listed is "Registration Information". Enter your new email address. Make sure to click the "Submit" button at the bottom to save your changes.

How do I change my username?
You can update your username from within your profile. You can access your profile by logging into The Walk Club and clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". The first section listed is "Registration Information". Enter your new username. Make sure to click the "Submit" button at the bottom to save your changes.

How do I change my password?
You can update your password from within your profile. You can access your profile by logging into The Walk Club and clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner that says "My Account". The first section listed is "Registration Information". Enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password. Make sure to click the "Submit" button at the bottom to save your changes.

Why won't the video clips play?

How do I get my chat application to work?
A: (If it won't load) This chat application is built in Adobe Flash, so make
sure you have the latest version. (Available off our homepage)
B: (If it won't connect) This may be a firewall setting issue. Check your
personal preferences on all firewalls. Make sure port 8859 is open for TCP. If you get a pop up asking about allowing traffic, click "yes."

How do I print the calendar?
To print the Calendar you will need the latest Adobe Reader to read PDF files (Available off our homepage). Simply click on the link to “print this calendar” (or blank) on the upper left hand corner of the calendar itself. It will then open the calendar in Adobe Reader. From there go to File and Print. Calendars print best with your printer in landscape mode.

How do I get my 15% WC member store discount?
Please be sure that you are logged into the Walk Club and did NOT close out your web browser before purchasing from our store to ensure that you receive your 15% discount. If you are logged in and you add a product to your shopping cart, the 15% discount will automatically appear.

What is your Return Policy?
Please call our Customer Service number 1-888-440-9255 before returning any items purchased. Items purchased from Leslie Sansone In Home Walking may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and must include original receipt and be in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of any opened CD, DVD or VHS. Anti-piracy regulations and our own experience require this because product can be copied.

Damaged or defective products may be returned within 30 days for same title replacement.

If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a package, you may return that item separately. Please note that in some cases a package discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. To review the amount you will be refunded for each individual item within the package, please call our office toll free at 1-888-440-9255. We reserve the right to refund promotional packages as whole units only.

Does the pedometer give total steps and miles walked?
Yes. By setting your own personal stride of walking (as detailed in the instructions) the pedometer calculates how many miles and steps you have taken.

Does the pedometer talk and/or have music?
Yes. The pedometer does talk, has music and also has an alarm that can all be turned off if you choose.

How many calories do I burn during a workout?
You burn approximately 100 calories per mile without using weights and approximately 125 calories per mile when using weights.

Can I use your firming workouts every day?
Yes. Rest your muscles if they are sore but our firming workouts can be done every day.

What is interval training?
Interval training combines several minutes of walking (cardio) and several minutes of firming.

What are the benefits of interval training?
Interval training offers variety in your workout by offering both cardio and strength training while challenging the body differently.

Can I still benefit from breaking up my workout at different times during the day?
Yes. Our In Home Walking workouts can be done at anytime of the day. Anytime that is convenient for you. Even a one mile walk is beneficial.
