Suzanna (16)

"I feel she is a great candidate! She is a very wonderful young Christian girl who home schools and does not yet have a job. She recently lost about 35 pounds by dieting alone and looks so good. I want her to be able to keep it off and the walk videos would be a perfect tool for that. Not to mention that she could use it as a part of her physical education credit for schoolwork."

Are you home schooled or do you home school your children? Teen Walk would be a great physical education tool! Email us at teenwalk@lesliesansone.com to find out how children like Suzanna are incorporating Teen Walk into her home schooling.

Tyler (12)

"I think my son Tyler would benefit from you Teen Walk. Tyler is 12 1/2 and has been diagnosed with ADHD, depression and anxiety. Tyler takes medication for his ADHD that really suppresses his appetite - he lost 31 pounds in a year. Now the doctor prescribed another medication that increases his appetite - Tyler is very afraid of gaining all that weight back. He says he feels great after losing 31 pounds and wants to keep it off. I would really like to help him. I have used your workouts and know it works. Please consider helping Tyler keep his self esteem."

Do you have or know a child that suffers from similar medical conditions like Tyler? Teen Walk would be a great way to help them gain some self esteem and safe way to be healthy!

Bryce (12)

"My oldest son, is almost a teenager in years, but looks and acts like one and is mistaken for one all the time. Along with me, (his mother), he has the problem of being overweight. We've done the Walk Away the Pounds and have seen results, but I think a lot of the time he gets discouraged because the programs always feature adults. If he were to have the Teen Walk program, I think it would really boost his self-esteem and encourage him greatly to keep walking! Thanks for coming up with something for teens - it's a great idea!"

Does Teen Walk sound like a great idea to you too? Then, it's time for you to 'Get Your Walk On' like Bryce!

Kaleigh (7)

"Kaleigh has been through so much in her little life. She is a wonderful girl who has been forced to grow up fast. Almost two years ago Kaleigh suffered from a viscous dog attack. Her face was mulled by a dog and barely escaped. She had to get 200 stitches on her face which left her with many scars. Since the incident, she has been dealing with very poor self-esteem and image issues. Kaleigh is overweight for her age and eats for comfort. Kaleigh wants to work hard to help herselft but cant seem to find the right vehicle for herself. She would love to have her own DVD with kids in it so she can do it with them."

Looking for something that would help boost someone's self esteem? Teen Walk would make a great tool in assisting with that!

Jonn (13)

"John has always had an issue with his weight. When his father died a little over two years ago, John had difficulty facing his feelings and started eating more and more. His friends started to avoid him and he was left to play video games alone or with his brother for a year or so. We moved and John had a hard time making friends in our new neighborhood. John kept playing video games and that lack of activity showed in his clothing sizes. This year, John has worked on some dietary changes and has come down two waist sizes! He walks a mile home from school most of the time. I am sure he'd like a way to exercise along with a video on days he can not walk home. John is looking much better and is feeling better too. I'd like him to have a copy of Teen Walk to help him motivated to stay healthier. He's been working so hard at it!"

Need a supportive fitness tool to give you that extra boost? Teen Walk is your answer!

Jonnie (17)

"I love that you are reaching out to teens. I have tried for years to get my 17 year old daughter to try your workouts and when she was younger she did for a while but she decided they weren't for her. She is overweight and needs to exercise more and I know that your Teen Walk would be a good way for me to get her to exercise more. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the high schools in Tennessee only require kids to take PE one year out of four. I would love for her to get your Teen Walk and love your workouts like I do!"

Teen Walk will give any teen an easy, affordable fun and effective workout!

Abby (14)

"My niece, Abby, is 14 years old. She has problem with her feet (no arch) which makes it difficult to exercise. Although she is not heavy she tends to gain weight around the middle which makes her very self conscious. When she comes to visit and stay with our family, she does "Leslie" (as we call it in our house) with me. While she was staying with us last summer, I purchased the Teen Walk DVD for my 14 year old son and they would do it together or she would do it with me. She really enjoyed it and was proud that she could finish the whole tape without her feet hurting! I hope you will consider her for the Teen Walk giveaway."

"I did the DVD already with my best friend Nicole and we love it! We had soo much fun doing it together! We did the whole workout-2 Miles!"

Osceola United Methodist Church Youth Group

"Youth Fitness is so important. That's why I began a youth fitness group with the teens of my church congregation. They actually suggested and asked for it. The group is also a great chance to connect with the youth and develop relationships with them. We began with two or three teens in the first few weeks and have more than doubled our roster! They enjoy the Walk Away the Pounds workouts and really have fun with the stretchie bands! But they do comment on the ages of the walkers in the DVD's. They would love to see some younger faces in front of their faces. A copy of Teen Walk would be a great asset to our group."

Looking for a perfect fitness tool for your fitness group? Teen Walk is the answer! It's inexpensive, fun and effective!
