Success Stories

Abby   Ever since I have started your program I have lost 5 pounds and still counting. I think that you make exercising fun and enjoyable. I hope that you keep making things like this because it is a very good thing to do for your health, mind, social skills and lots more.

Ashely (15)   "After working out with Leslie I noticed I had more energy over the first few weeks that I started working out. I am not using these workouts to lose weight, I just want to get a good workout ata nice pace without jumping all around like you do with high impact workouts. As Leslie says "Getting oxygen to my brain" At first I didn't want to do this with my mom and thought she was crazy for making me, but now it has come to be a routine and I am spending quality time with my mom. We laugh and joke during the work outs. My mom laughs at me because I talk to Leslie during our walks and mimic her at times. I think that is one of the reasons it has become so much fun. I sometimes walk by myself but I enjoy it most when my mom and Leslie are both there. lol"

Rachel (12)   "OMG! I love Teen Walk! You don't feel like you did 2 miles, it goes so fast. I like the little bit of Yoga at the end and the firming section too. The music is good and I recognize the songs which is cool. I'm almost 12 and I like this DVD with the teens!"

Joey   "I love Teen Walk! I use it almost everyday. I think the best part of the program is the combination of good music, easy moves and fun people! The workout seems to emphasize fun and what do you know, you sweat in the process! I know it sounds cliché, but it never seems like a workout yet I feel energized having completed the program.  Keep on Walking!"
